1. What is the Trading Center?
The Trading Center provides an overview of all the current personal and company-wide trading activity that your User Type and Level authorizes you to view.

2. How is information organized in the Trading Center?
The Trading Center contains two main sections, Buying and Selling, and five subsections of each:
Buying
Offers to Me
Buying Negotiations
Inquiries Approvals
Buying History
Company Buying
  Selling
Inquiries to Me
Selling Negotiations
Offers Approvals
Selling History
Company Selling

Within each subsection of the Trading Center, you will see total trading-related figures for each subsection, such as "New Offers," "Items Awaiting Your Action" or "Total Negotiations." These figures give you an indication of activity in relation to your buying and selling negotiations. You will notice that all levels of information in Buying and Selling are parallel, so you are provided with an equally comprehensive view of both ends of the trading spectrum: what you learn about Buying you also learn about Selling. For example, the first subsection of Buying is Offers to Me, while the first subsection of Selling is Inquiries to Me.

The color-coded areas of the Trading Center help you easily recognize the different kinds of information provided. The lighter-colored upper subsections contain active information to which you can respond. The darker-colored lower subsections contain information that can only be viewed, because they indicate activity that occurred in the past.

6. How do my trading preferences affect the information provided to me in the Trading Center?
The structure of the Trading Center does not change according to your trading preferences. However, your trading preferences directly determine the specific information held within the Trading Center categories. For example, if Trader A specified that he will only sell hot rolled coils and sheets, and Trader B specified that she will only sell reinforcing bar, they will see the same Trading Center structure (provided they are of the same user level). However, the offers presented to them in Offers to Me will differ according to their specified criteria.

7. Can I reorganize the information in the Trading Center?
The Trading Center is structured to provide optimal viewing for all users and cannot be reorganized.

8. What is the difference between Trading Highlights and the Trading Center?
Unlike the Trading Center, Trading Highlights offers an anonymous view of current buying and selling activity. This information provides a glimpse into the general trading activity of iSteelAsia.com users, rather than a detailed personalized view of user account activity.
