Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) was a volunteer group of business professionals, there had 20 visitors to call on iSteelAsia.com. These worldwide visitors were the owners, founders, co-founders, or controlling shareholders of a company with annual sales of USD1 million. iSteelAsia shared its e-commerce practices, business development and expansion strategies to all of them.

iSteelAsia.com was addressed as a global audience and expand iSteelAsia's exposure at "7th Annual World Steel Conference 2001" in London. More than 200 participants joined this event.
7-9 March
iSteelAsia.com was invited by Worldwide Business Research (s) Pte Ltd. in Singapore as a key speaker in "e-Strategy Asia 2001" conference. iSteelAsia presented a speech on the aspect of "Enabling E-Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Within Your Vertical Exchange to Ensure Customer Integration" and discussed the important role of eCRM

iSteelAsia's business model was selected as a protagonist case study by Harvard Business School. iSteelAsia was honourable to be invited as a speaker to share its e-commerce experiences and business strategies with the classes in the US.
